Inalienable Rights, Capital Punishment and Natural Law

Our first step in fixing the USA is to get the people educated in and upholding the basic principles that made this country great.

Inalienable Rights, Capital Punishment and Natural Law

People have rights that cannot be taken away by another person, government, etc. They are referred to as “inalienable” rights. They were not given to man by man, so they can’t be taken from man by man, government, etc.

These rights are life, liberty, the ownership and control of property, and finally the right to defend these rights. Only in the defense of one’s inalienable rights is it acceptable to infringe upon another’s inalienable rights.

Capital is simply another word for assets. If we think of our assets in terms of our inalienable rights, then each person’s capital is life, liberty, and property. Capital punishment then becomes the loss of any of these.

Each person has the right to defend their own rights and inflict punishment upon those that infringe upon their rights. The only real punishment is capital punishment, or the loss of property, liberty or life. So each person has the right to defend their own rights and inflict capital punishment upon those that infringe upon their rights.

Here are some examples:

If person A stole or destroyed the property of person B, person B has the right to take it back or take property of like value in replacement.

If person A tries to imprison or enslave person B, person B has the right to imprison person A to stop them.

If person A tries to take the life of person B, person B has the right to stop them, even if that means ending the life of person A.

These fundamentals of life on earth are natural laws. They are natural because before there was any concept of society or government, this is what people naturally did to keep the peace and continue in their pursuit of happiness. As long as everyone respects the inalienable rights of others, there is peace. When people infringe on the inalienable rights of others, they create war and risk losing their own inalienable rights. Hopefully these are simple truths to you.

Upon these simple truths we can begin to fix the USA.
